LEGAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF WILDWOOD CREST ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM, a hearing will be conducted before the Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Wildwood Crest at the Municipal Building, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey 08260, on the application of Joseph & Pamela DOcchio, for variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c)(2). The property that is subject of this application is identified 7802 Atlantic Avenue, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey 08260, and as Block 100.01, Lot 1.02, on the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Wildwood Crest. The property is located in the R-2 Residential Zoning District. It is the Applicants intention to construct an addition to the existing duplex dwelling on the Property, including the addition of an attached garage on the residential structure, while also constructing a 100 sq. ft. accessory shed in the rear of the Property. The specific variance relief and/or design waivers that are sought by the Applicant through this application relate to: 1) maximum permitted number of stories; 2) required landscaping for parking area; and 3) required curb stops for parking area. There are also pre-existing non-conforming conditions related to the existing duplex on the Property which are not being exacerbated through this application and it is the intention of the Applicant that those conditions remain. In addition to the specific variance relief and design waiver requests set forth above, the Applicant also requests any, and all, other variances, approvals, and/or waivers that the Board and/or Board professionals may deem necessary pertaining to this application at the time of the public hearing. The section citations and titles of the Borough ordinances for which variance relief or design waivers are sought are as follows: Chapter 85-40 related to maximum permitted number of stories; and Chapter 85-90 related to required landscape parking area, and required curb stops for parking area.
