PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING CAPE MAY COUNTY AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT BOARD Please take notice that the Cape May County Agriculture Development Board will conduct a public hearing on the application of Stone Circle Farm for a Site-Specific Agricultural Management Practice for Commercial Farm Application in accordance with the New Jersey Right to Farm Act (N.J.S.A. 4:1C-1 et seq.) and N.J.A.C. 2:76-2.8. Date of Hearing: November 23, 2026 Time: 5:00pm Place: 4 Moore Road, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210 The hearing concerns the property located at Block 163.01, Lot 277 and will address the following proposed agricultural activities: 1. The construction of an 18x24 foot post-harvest agricultural storage shed with a 5-foot overhang to store firewood 2. Future construction of a 15x20 foot addition to our on-farm market/post-harvest building (20x25 currently) that also includes adding an additional 10-foot overhang for more produce washing/packing space.
