This will require variance relief and waivers from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance from: Section 17-411(G)(3) No mechanical equipment, air-conditioning/HVAC compressor units, or emergency electrical generators are permitted in the front 50% of a structure when located in a side yard setback; Section 17-411(G)(1) HVAC Equipment Screening, together with and any and all other variances and/or waivers that the Board Engineer may identify in a review memorandum or letter or that the Board may deem necessary at the time of the hearing.
